This role is ideal for an experienced industry professional who thrives in recruiting top mortgage talent and helping existing mortgage agents/brokers scale their businesses.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry (BDM, Mortgage Sales, or similar role).
- Proven ability to recruit mortgage agents/brokers and support their business development.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lender networks, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing leadership team.

Compliance Assistant – Mortgage Brokerage Compliance Department
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Assistant to support our Brokerage Compliance Officer in ensuring that all closed mortgage files meet regulatory standards. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance excellence within Better Mortgages and ensuring our brokerage operates at the highest level of integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, file auditing, or regulatory oversight.
- Strong knowledge of FSRA, lender policies, and mortgage documentation requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple compliance tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in compliance software, CRM tools, and mortgage documentation systems.
